  14. 3 months ago I bought a 28.8 Quicktel faxmodem from Logicode.
  15. I believe that I did the worst error in my life because the
  16. communication is cutting at random interval (From 5 sec to 20 minutes).

  18. I've been unable to get a decent technical support from Logicode.
  19. I've never received a replacement chip even if they promised me to send 
  20. me a brand new one by "snail mail".
